Blog - Visit to Uganda

During the winter, my girl and I took a two-week trip to Uganda via Ethiopia.

We spent time around Kampala, Wakiso District, Luweero District and around Murchison Falls/Lake Albert.

How to get there is pretty straight forward, you go to https://visas.immigration.go.ug/, then you follow the instructions and within a few days you will receive an approval or rejection. Then it's time to book a trip, we booked with Ethiopian Airlines. We booked the hotel online at the same time we booked the flight. We then started our Uganda trip in the area around Kampala and Entebbe, we visited the market in Kibuye, where we took the opportunity to buy fruit, including cocoa fruit. We also where traveling outside the king's residence and visited some shops around in the area. After a few days we continued on to Murchison Falls and the falls and a few days in the very nice park. Then back to Wakiso.
